Laundry:
Two public washers and dryers. Located in our building, just two doors down. No stairs, extremely convenient. Loads are $2/each. We supply laundry detergent, saving you the hassle. Washing takes 30 minutes, and drying takes 67 minutes. The extra time is to make sure everything dries in one run.
Ski Storage:
We have ski racks in our condo, up to 6. However, if you prefer, there is a secure ski storage room above us. Whether you want to save a flight of stairs carrying equipment, or just want a tad more room in the condo, the choice is yours.
Lobby & Gathering Area:
An area for gathering, meeting up, relaxing, or waiting for your ride. A nice large fire heats this area. A good staging area for your group or family, whether you are starting the day or ending your vacation.
When it is time to leave, it is a great place to meet with all of your luggage, as you wait for your transportation to arrive. You can see Empire Ave through the large floor to ceiling glass door, so you’ll know when your ride arrives.
2 Saunas:
Just down the hall is both a men’s and women’s sauna (choose wisely). A great way to relax after a big day out on the slopes or any other adventures.
